Please take a moment to read the important information stated below.

  1. All pricing is valid for 48 hours; however facilities and services are quoted on a first come first serve basis and are therefore subject to availability. Only upon receipt of confirmation shall your reservation be deemed final, from which date the terms and conditions of booking become enforceable.
  2. Pricing is quoted in the applicable currency of the hotel inclusive of VAT at the applicable statutory amount as designated in this country.
  3. All specialised catering, unless specifically stated on the proposal, are excluded, but can be arranged at an additional fee upon request.
  4. In the event of an amendment to the dates, hotel, and/or facility requirements, this proposal shall be subject to a re-evaluation and a new proposal may be submitted for review.
  5. Meal prices quoted are an indication based on the standard menu selection, should a menu be selected of a higher price category the total due shall be adjusted accordingly.
  6. This proposal is nett and non-commissionable.
  7. This constitutes a proposal only, bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of an acceptance of the proposal and with the issuance of a confirmation from the hotel.

Cancelation Policy

Terms and Conditions:

  1. The stringent new smoking regulations prevent smoking in all public areas (inside and outside) and rooms of the Hotel.
  2. The following cancellation fees will apply for all group bookings:
  1. 15 - 28 days prior to arrival, a 50% cancellation fee will apply for all room bookings.
  2. 02-14 days prior to arrival, an 80% cancellation fee will apply for all room bookings.
  3. 1 day prior to arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will apply for all room bookings.
  4. No cancellation fee will be levied should a booking be cancelled because of the death or hospitalisation of the person for whom, or whose benefit the booking, reservation was made.
  5. In the event of any guest or group not arriving for a reservation made in terms of this agreement, the Hotel will still require payment of 100% of the cost of the total accommodation fee. This may be reduced if the Hotel is able to secure alternative booking for the said cancelled rooms.
